When you go for an alignment, will they adjust the tie rod if necessary? Or will the alignment compensate for the outer and inner threading being less than perfect?
Esta midiendo que tan metido esta la contratuerca que aprieta el terminal en su lugar para no perder la alineacion,unos cuentan las vueltas o las roscas,en ese caso el midio que tan metido estaba la contratuerca en el terminal viejo asi para meter el terminal nuevo a la misma distancia

I had the same thought process. Why upgrade to super strong tie rods when I'd rather they fail over something much more important and difficult to fix
On a stock truck do the inner tie rods usually need replaced at the same time as the outers? My front left outer is definitely toast
In my case with 35s I find myself replacing two outters before one inner goes bad but while you are in there might as well check them out

Looked up using loctite on threads , the majority do not use just torque to the spec.
