I love Splice. I've been using it for 3 1/2 years now. It's so easy to use and intuitive also. Future wish list: Ability to add ANIMATED TEXT & ANIMATED ELEMENTS. I'm a UA-camr, and I can't find an easy way to add animated text to my videos. Thank you this helpful video, I learned a few new things today. Such a great app. I'm a hairstylist who does a ton of social media. And I skateboard, so that's how I found your app, from watching someone edit a skate video. Have a good one!

When editing a big photo by animate, I wish to see the choice of multiple animates so I can go smoothly from one part of photo to another without having making many clips and matching the frames for each one..
Or maybe I can duplicate the clip and have a button to switch the clip start frame with end frame that will help a lot.
This issue I'm having when editing photos but the videos there is a great rev reverse choice.

LOVE THIS APP! I’ve been using it for about 2 months now. I’m a beauty influencer, and I now use my iPhone camera to film all my videos for TikTok and IG, and edit them on splice because I get better quality when I film on my phone than thru their apps! I want to know if you can use a TikTok sound in Splice? And also, how long can a video be to edited and everything in Splice? For example, I want to start filming YT tutorials that can be an 1 hr & a 1/2 long. Will Splice allow it?

Hi I’ve been using splice for years, today I wanted a very basic fade out to black at the end of my video, a 5 second cross fade out to black, but the transition will only let me do a maximum of 3 seconds for the cross fade transition. Is there a way to make it longer ?

How do I get a deleted clip back? I keep clicking the undo button and then on the action where I deleted it, but nothing happens.

Yes, every time you do a change Splice automatically saves it!
Does it only work well with iPhone?
I have little to no video experience, but the app is very user friendly. The only thing I am having trouble with is by finding a way to keep my video playing on a loop? I am creating a slideshow for an event, so if someone knows how to have my video play consistently or a different app that you can direct me to, please let me know!

I'm not able to find the animate button on the toolbar and I cant enable it like the text animations, is there a reason for that? (im on chromebook as well, not sure if thats part of the reason)

💥Great video, thank you. So complete. It’s been months since I’ve used Splice. I just went into my old projects and they are all blank. I click one and it says… “Missing assets. Some clips or audio of this project could not be loaded because their original sources are no longer available”. When I open one and play it the audio plays but the video is gone. I don’t even see the ones that I saved to my camera roll anymore. I did restore my iPhone a week ago but that normally puts the phone right back to the way it was with all of its content. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. 🤟🏼🙏🏼

how do you do two vertical videos on the splice app at the same time...I have tried to resize them, but then parts of them get cut off...I would love any help

Is the animate feature only for iPhones? It is not on Android
I wonder the same, I have android and no Animation button for me 2
My video WILL NOT export. Its around 20 mins and will not export. Error keeps popping up. Any suggestions? My feeling is this app can't handle longer format content sadly.

Please create a tutorial where we can cut/transition clips on the beats of the sountrack. I found it hard to achieve that because when I try to trim the video, the sound wave disappears and I'm not able to match the transition with the beat of the sound.

I think that they deleted the “title” function 😫
You need to find a way to tell us where you are tapping. When you’re editing the music it’s not clear what you are Tapping to do different things
