For three nights I was moaning all night and the dreams were just weird.
I just kept forcing myself to drink lots of hot water with ginger and lemon.

I always thought shivering/feeling cold was when your body’s temperature gets too hot it releases the heat through your hair cells etc. Then in turn it makes you feel cold when in fact your the opposite? What a nurse once told me in the hospital anyway.
Make sense that it’s your body fighting off a infection so it’s both my understanding and this video?

I shivered so much that even with a heater i still had to wear a hoodie and a blanket.
