Day 23. Finally kicked this bad habit.

There is no known cure for the disease i have lived 10 years and still taking chemo pills,i have to admit they have come a long way to improve the treatments, and their knowledge has increased considerably, but there is no information about how our life are affected 5-10-15 years of taking chemo ( are still alive 😮)

Saying to yourself its hard to quit makes it a lot more hard.. Think about it, the only thing you need to do is not doing it = meaning less work really and by that i mean time spend smoking or thoughts related to smoking during the day... imagine smoking isn't important/when buying groceries.. You might feel some type of strong emptyness because, you dont know what to do when taking breaks or nothing is happening, but this is just how reality feels without the nicotine high that you might not be aware of. What you feel (i think) is the old real you, before you started smoking with your frinds at school or whenever.. its like being more yourself than "you + being a smoker".. Smoking is like giving yourself to something else than yourself.. but yea im talking mostly to heavy users 10+ cigarettes daily.. Funny how they removed the 10packs so that the chances of addiction becomes easier since companies knows that the more times an actions is repeated the stronger habits it creates.. Knowing this, start building your own habits without smoking, be done with it, so when you get those feelings, remember that you're done with it and that those feelings are trying to take control over you.. its like a spell that has been put on the soul that make people go in loop and repeat the actions and keep the money flowing their way in the proces.. Be aware of things and control your emotions instead, make that a habit and it will become easier the more often you do, now that you dont give the control away to cigarettes.. I repeat "Learn to control your emotions" ... Idk, breath air, taste the improved quality of your senses now that they aren't poisoned.. Take care and remember that self control makes you a stronger person and more you.
