  • Today's video is all about my work from home routine in 2024! I love working from home but I've been struggling with not getting enough steps or movement throughout the day and not reaching my fitness goals despite regular workouts and relatively good diet. One of my biggest goals this year is to find little ways to stay active all day long and boost my overall health and well-being.

    Great tips thank you. I also WFH at the desk and do four 15 minute intervals on my elliptical machine during the day so I get up and moving. I take the dog out and I use my elliptical machine during those longer meetings I don’t need to talk on ☺️

      That sounds like a great routine! I've been feeling much better since I became a bit more mindful of my movement throughout the day and making sure I add walking/movement breaks in my day.

    Love this! I just started a primarily work from home desk job and this is so insightful (lots of feelings of… what do other people do to move during work… is this enough movement… am I actually working on my work-work enough?) so thank you for letting viewers into your day at home!

      Thank you!! I'm so glad it was helpful :) it's so hard to find the balance between working from home and also practicing a bit of self care. But I feel like I'm more productive at my job when I find some time to eat proper lunch/snacks and move a bit throughout the day. I definitely wouldn't take 2 hours in the middle of the day to go the gym or take a class while wfh haha, but a short workout in my lunch break and one or two 5-10 min workouts/walks are fair game imo! Can't wait for the weather to get warmer so I can actually go for a nice walk after work too!
