Hey just fyi you can freeze the top two rows so they always stay on the screen: 1. highlight rows one and two (you can hold CTRL and click on the number 1 at the top left of the sheet and while holding CTRL click again on the number 2. 2. With both rows selected you can click on help and search for “freeze” then you can freeze the rows.
Love the video, great way to do this! But, can we talk about that Ohio St sweatshirt??? ND grad living in WI so hopefully that explains it ahead of next week’s CFB game. 😂
For me, when I added dumbell flys and chest dips to my chest exercises, I noticed a big difference in my pec size and definition. I also really chest dips.
Flys and heavy bench have been the keys for me. The basics. I’ve built more upper chest with heavy flat bench than inclines. Now, I’ve found if you want to work your arms more in your program with compounds those aren’t the best choices. Weighted pushups, wear a vest, and inclined presses engage my tris and shoulders better.
the info in each box is useful, the overall score not so much. Some things are given too much weight and others are counted twice. e.g. efficiency is just a product of impact, complexity and punishment. All 3 are counted already, then efficiency gets counted again. Availability while being a useful thing to know, shouldnt really have the same weight as impact, we all know what we have available, we don't need that info bundled into the rating system, we also know our own enjoyment, we can jusge those things for ourselves.
Hey I'm just having a little bit of fun and I hope people can learn a little bit. Understand it's not like I took 72 hours to devise a system. Would you rather have some influencers arbitrary tier list that's full of crappy exercises?

That was a very comprehensive analysis to say stick to the basics. Flat and incline barbell and dumbbell bench. Let’s go!

Yeah yeah I know. It was cheap in the store and my Wisconsin ones are worn down. A temporary sin
Thanks Steve

What your thoughts 2 hand dumbell row vs one arm dumbell row which is harder to lift more is 2 hand dumbell row lift less weight

Where do you think I should add weighted dips on torso day or shoulders+arms day??
Either one is fine as long as it works out for you. There are no real rules when it comes to that
👍👍👍
For me
Flat barbell or dumbbell bench press
incline barbell or dumbbell bench press
Weighted dips
Man looks like I need more variation lol
Bench Press
Incline DB
Nemesis Bar
Fly’s/Barrel and thats about it
I rank them like this. Bench Press 50x
😅
All kinds of 50
