It is hard Daly to live through and I don’t expect my family to have an easy run living with it 24/7 but you are right there. There is more fun times more love, and I have such a supportive family so that’s all that matters.

The second part ... "if you know you know" (as the popular phrase goes) ... that you don't really know. As someone who has had a brain injury with continuing difficulties: deal with trauma(s), diagnosed clinically depressed and anxiety disorder, I resonated with your response so much. I know how I feel while in an off or dark place (IYKYK) but I don't really know what I need.

Loved this ☺️ your thoughts on depression really resonated with me - I still experience quite bad long Covid fatigue 2 years on and find it so hard to explain what the feeling of fatigue is like as it’s different to ‘normal tiredness’ and even my husband doesn’t understand. But similar to what you say, when I’m going through a fatigue crash, it doesn’t matter if he doesn’t understand, he just needs to know something is going on. And he’s trying 😊 good news is that I’m improving over time. Love your personality xx

Lol babe seriously I knew that his reaction would be exactly that before anything else in our marriage. We are best friends, 100% best mates we can laugh at anything. The depression question hit me hard too as my 10 year old has autism and is struggling with his mental health. There is not enough help for young ones and mental health here in the UK. I have been thinking of getting those shutter blinds in my house. How do you like yours as oppose to traditional blinds? My house is brand new and the builder installed the typically white panel ones.
Yeah babe, these shutters are beautiful as a real aspect of design especially for a Provincial Home like this I think if you really wanted to have function though like a blackout blind, especially if you have kids this isn’t probably the best way to go as the top player you may need blackout curtains on top of it, but they really are gorgeous to look at

Grease was my first drive in movie with a boy...and my parents, lol. I was 10 years old and my best friend at the time was a boy, Brendan Demerchant lol. I got the album and let me tell you I pretty much wore that vynl out! I have seen the movie I'm sure 100 x - likely more. Grease and Mamma Mia are my "Jurassic Park" (a lil Mo reference, ha ha).
