For the lower back you prob have a forward rotated pelvis from wearing heels. Also the aquiles heel tendon shortens and then its real pailful to wear flats. Low back pain is also an underated symptom for failing pelvic floor. Not saying its your case or you should or shouldn't do anything about it. But since 80% of pregnancies leave women with pelvi floor issues it's an important consideration. Working on it might mean you'll realize high heels aren't really good for our bodies so it might mean wearing lower heels. But the absence of pain is worth it for me. Hope the info is helpful. Hugs

@@JerushaCouture it’s fantastic, I used it as a travel bag in the States last year and it fit everything. Plus it’s very iykyk so I felt very safe carrying it! I think they’re both great but I can’t rate the mini lindy highly enough it’s awesome!!!!

@@JerushaCouture I think it's great! I own the micro metis and it's the greatest little club bag! It never leaves my body. Even when I go to the ladies room. So the nano alma is a hit with me. I've always liked the Alma BB but the size doesn't look right on me. I went with the Nano and love her!

I did a color analysis consultation in Singapore last summer and I learned that silver tones actually work for me so I've been silver curious lately
