WOW seven years since the last posted comment. I sit come back to these Serge Nubret videos because he was so unique and at 68yrs old it's motivation for me to keep training as long as I can do it.

His physique was better than arnold's imo....
but arnold was more charismatic, so i can see why he won....
Arnold was also white. There was a shitload of racism in bodybuilding and in general during that period. He was a god compared to that Lou guy.
