I love gigging! Most of the easy to access spots in Galveston have been fished out so I'm searching for new areas.
I like to broil whole flounder in the oven. Just scale, gut them and make some incisions on both sides and rub butter and seasoning on them. Some of the best eating fish out there but they have to be fresh not frozen
