  • This is my original leg routine. Today was a killer. Only a 100 reps each, but used 90.lb KB
    1-10-1
    Goblet Squats
    RDLs
    KB Swings
    Burpees
    Drop lunges/squat series
    35m44s

    looks like a great workout 90 pounds is insane🔥💪 you did a piramid right? how high where you going until you get back down ( sorry i haven't had time to watch the full video) because i want to try this one
