Thanks so much for sharing this. I wanted this recipe after eating the ready made Hawaiian chicken teriyaki from Sam's. The flavor of it is amazing but I thought I would usually have the ingredients to make this on hand, which I do....and probably cheaper. We just had that Tuesday.
I'm so excited to make this. It looks Delicious and so pretty served in the pineapple. I use ginger anytime that I make chicken teriyaki. Or a few other chicken dishes. So I am good at both. I feel there are 3 skillet women are expected to be able to do. 1. Cooking 2. Baking 3. Growing flowers & other plants I am an excelente Baker & cooker But I can kill a cactus. Something that can survive in the desert. But it can't survive my house. lol 😊

Looks so delicious and the presentation is so cute! The most difficult part for me will be trying to cut and dice the pineapple.
It wasn't too bad, but you could definitely just use canned pineapple and serve it in a bowl! It will still be absolutely delicious.

YES! We love adding some heat but the kids don't love it as much.
You could use the powered peanut butter... I used to make this and let it marinate over night before cooking.
