HOW TO MAKE RESTAURANT STYLE PINEAPPLE CHICKEN EASY RECIPE

I made this with a big change in the ingredients, and it was still awesome. I started out the same. I cooked peppers and onion, then added garlic. I didn't have pineapple juice, so i pureed 3/4 cup fresh pineapple, added it to pan along with tablespoon of brown sugar, a dash of salt & pepper and i used coconut aminos instead of soy sauce. I then added another 3/4 cup fresh diced pineapple I didn't have to thicken it since the pureed pineapple was already thick. I served it on top of boneless chicken breast. It was amazing ❤❤😊
