This is the first video of a BMW with automatic transmission that i like. It really gives the feel of a manual transmission. I also like the use of the transmission panels at the same time so you have the choice. Tell me is it easy to drift with this type of transmission? Excellent driving skills
@@imadtanouticonta That depends on what you want to have: For Tuning purposes i would recommend you the N54 engine, if you want to drive it stock or your ok with ~360ps I would say get an N55 because its more reliable. N54 with some Mods you can get between 400-450ps (450 on custom map) N55 with some Mods you can get between 360-390ps I´m driving an N54, I have it now for about a half year and 10.000km, and didnt had big problems so far. I only had to renew the sparks and the vacuum hoses. but the n54 has some common problems
Yo man its all about preference however Gintani makes for some big names like ferrari, so every company believes in their product but this car sounds amazing and will be worth the price to pay for that sound but its all preference end of the day and you DO NOT need a tune to get this sound

Nice video. That looks like it'd be a lot of fun with a stick. Speaking from experience it'd be a tad bit slower though. Are you rear wheel or AWD? Also I noticed the title says f30, but you have downpipes(s). Is this N54 or N55?
Sticks are alot more fun at the end of the day.. I had an e34 stick in the past:) This is my friends car and it was a 335i, rear wheel drive with a Gintani downpipe.
depends what trim and package you have. the zf tranny has different tunes for bmw usually sport or mostly the M-Sport with the paddle shifters will have the quicker shift with the same noise (but obviously louder and that beautiful v8 spool noise )

Ok you made my mind up for me. I currently have E90 335i and wanted to upgrade to E90M3 but I'll just go to 2013 F30 335i with few mods.
I did same route same thinking.. F30 335i is great and running costs are half of the M3 E90

Just got a 2015 BMW 335i M-Sport and put a BMS Stage 1 in it; absolutely love it and the summer rubber is just glued even in the rain somehow

No. Every BMW (f-series) is a single ("twin-scroll turbo"). the real M-Series has bi-turbo.

Hey bud, yes im sure the check engine light will come on but the downpipe is screw on and off so you could put the original back without cutting...
The sound is nice and the only issue I saw with this mod was the smell.
