Jalapeno Popper Smoked Fatty On A Pit Boss Pellet Grill | Baller BBQ

This week I'm making a Jalapeno Popper Smoked Fatty on the Pit Boss Pellet Grill. Fattys are amazingly delicious and can be filled with any filling you like.
They're great for slicing and having between slices of bread or just eating as is like a meatloaf. The beef can also be changed out with pork for a bacon explosion fatty or fill is with bacon, egg and breakfast sausage for a breakfast fatty. Fattys are great for sharing at things like a super bowl party too.
