    Join me for this 30 min Low Impact HIIT workout! This workout combines cardio & toning bodyweight exercises to challenge your body, burn calories, and improve your fitness.
    This workout is suitable for all fitness levels! The uncomplicated moves make it easy to adjust to any fitness needs. You can scale up the intensity by adding weights or jumps, or scale it down by reducing the pace and not going as low on squats or lunges.
    We'll start with a 5-minute warm-up that includes low-impact cardio exercises meant to warm up the body and prepare your muscles for the workout.
    The main workout consists of a series of low impact exercises that we'll perform for 30 seconds each, followed by a 10-second rest, before moving on to the next exercise. We'll complete a total of four rounds, providing a solid 30-minute workout session.
    The exercises in this HIIT workout are designed to promote fat loss and reshape your entire body! We'll incorporate steady-state cardio movements to keep your heart rate up and burn more calories while focusing on toning your arms, abs, and legs. If you're not a fan of jumping, this workout is perfect for you!
    After the main workout, we'll cool down with 5 minutes of low-impact cardio and some gentle stretching to help your muscles recover.
    Remember to stay hydrated throughout the workout and listen to your body. If an exercise feels too difficult or causes pain, feel free to take a break or modify the move.

    I haven’t done a BurpeeGirl workout in over a year because I blew out my right knee. Last June I had a total knee replacement. I had some PT for a couple of months, but I couldn’t get my “mojo” back. I think I had some post anesthesia depression. I have worked and worked, slowly and steadily and here I am. I did this whole workout all the way thru only stopping between rounds. I am elated that I am finally back. I will be 71 in three weeks and my birthday goal was working out with you again. Thank you for the time you give to others. It really means so much to so many of us!!!! 🎉❤🎉❤🎉

    I Love your exercises is
    Easy to do. But my problem is consistency. I did a lots of your exercises sometimes last year and it works most especially for my tummy but now I have gain more weights due to the facts that I stopped. Please need some Advices and thanks

    Thank you... for routine that hands on the back like the ones at the cooling down 2nd from the last, i suggest tgere is a side view so the camera can see how the hands at the back is held.
