I usually have choir rehearsal most Wednesday nights from September through early May, so I watched this on the replay. When it is time for you to become pet parents again, you will know when the time is right. I lost my 2nd cat, Molly, in September 2020. That was a challenging time as my Dad's mobility was decreasing, and I didn't know how many emergency trips I would have to make to Iowa. Dad passed in 2022. Then summer of 2023, my employer let us work remotely 3 days a week. That was my sign... shortly after that, I started thinking...now is the time to adopt an adult dog...I can get a dog walker for the 2 days I have to work in the office. So I adopted Josie one year ago. So I went 3 years without a pet, but I had to wait until the time was right. Fast forward, fingers crossed I am retiring 5 months from now, and fingers crossed even more that I can sell my townhouse quickly next Spring & be a Villager by July/August 2025.
Well we did it! We signed to have a Sycamore model built in Waters Edge 😊. We are scheduled to work with the designer the first week in January. Let the process begin!
Watching the morning after. Love seeing your back and forth banter. Jerry’s dry wit is MY kind of humor. My kids just LOVE my “dad jokes”. …. At least iIII think I’m funny. 😳🥺😁😂
Great show, sorry I couldn't catch it live. You may want a sign that says "Mute the volume on your UA-cam when calling" to hold up next to the the phone number. :)
We missed your live, but I enjoyed watching the recording today while hubby was at his model train club meeting. We are about to get a new car for the first time since 2004. Scary! Our car insurance on a 2004 Honda Odyssey minivan is around $400 annually. We will miss that rate! 😮 So glad you’re recovering nicely Jerry. ❤Debbie DeLuna. ps… hubby John goes to Brandy for his hair thanks to you, Jerry. 👍🏻
My wife suggested i contact you about a few questions before we land at the villages in early December for the lifestyle getaway. We would like to meet people, be a part of a few select clubs and see if the homes are affordable for us. We are unable to do golf or any physical activity at this time. We are looking forward in celebrating our anniversary and my wife Peggys birthday.
I'd love it on another night. We miss it because we're at Bible study every Wednesday night. We listen to it later in the evening, so don't miss seeing y'all. 😊 The sound is not great tonight though. Maybe Linda didn't have a mic on? Heard Jerry loud and clear but Linda sounded far away. Really don't like it getting dark so early! Sadly, we'll be in GA & my family will be in TV for Thanksgiving. That's my favorite holiday and I'll miss them so much. At least we'll be back in TV before Christmas! Yay! 🎉
Well Jerry and Linda, We have a musical friend that goes by the Name of Scott Alan , The Island Doctor, from Northern Ohio, but plays in Florida in the winter season! Just look up the Island Doctor, or the shot Doctor, to schedule a fun time with a great musical person in the early 2025!
Too funny, an offer of a snowblower to someone living in Florida. I live in Northern East Indiana, Fort Wayne area, so we get plenty of lake effect snow, although last year I didn’t need to use the snow blower once. I just pulled it out of the store room and it’s in the garage waiting for the first snow fall.
Maybe you could accept the snow blower and choose an out of state “pre villager” to test the snow blower. They would need to video the results…the company that is offering the snow blower, would need to ship it to the winner! This could be a fun contest 🧐
Suggestion.....mention to your callers to turn down the volume on their computer or go into another room when calling in.... These calls are hilarious with the echoing......LOL!
Did not catch this live, but watched all of it today. Jerry, your hair looks great! Linda, your hair always looks great! I was confused on what you said your car insurance was - could you clarify the amount sometime? We pay over S1800 a year for a 2015 Cadillac SUV. We do not like it getting dark so early. We’ve been to Katy, TX! My niece lived there for about a year or so. You know, those phone calls were a little annoying😬, but I hung in there to the end!! I love kitty cats❣️
6 years from your move to the Villages! I am wondering if you two had started the spreadsheet that showed all your expense's , for your move from Indiana untill you moved into the TV into your used home!
I love snow! Lots of it! I’m 73 but never get tired of it. I was a letter carrier but loved working in the snow. Although I love watching you all and loved visiting my family in TV I’d never want to give up snow.
I bought a 2024 Kia Sportage this year and my insurance went up this year because of the “Kia Kid’s Gang” you can check out their history on UA-cam. The insurance agent told me that they steal Kia’s especially the keyless models they can break into them easier by hacking into the computer. They steal the Kia and trash them. Even if the Kia is an older model it doesn’t matter it’s the fact it’s a Kia.
You can do that but then you don't get the complimentary golf cart, bikes with helmets, tickets to a show of your choice, a pass allowing you to have complimentary rounds of golf at the executive courses, and a selection of other complimentary lessons and activities. You wouldn't be able to do that on your own, even with a guest pass.
Thanks for the breakdown! Could you help me with something unrelated: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How should I go about transferring them to Binance?
Hi Jerry and Linda. I will trade you insurances. We pay $169 a month now for auto insurance. Our Jeep is a 2019 with no accidents. We get a discount because that also insure our golf cart and our homeowners insurance. I think we carry $300,000 coverage. We may have to shop around again.
You guys are my midnight madness when i can't sleep>>which is often. Anyway love your shows. 🎉
We're glad you enjoy them Paula.

That is awesome! You are in for an adventure!
There is an answer for those people who complain about your program being too long. Just leave when you've had enough. Let the rest of us enjoy it!!!
❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks for all you do with your videos.
You're welcome! Glad you enjoy them!
You both look good with your new hair styles and congratulations on being in The Villages six years!
Thanks, Pattie!
Both your haircuts and style looks fabulous!
❤❤❤
Thanks for your hard work ❤😊❤
Thanks so much!
Sometimes we will cook a turkey without the dressing right after Thanksgiving, just for sandwiches. Is so easy without the dressing.
Watching the morning after. Love seeing your back and forth banter. Jerry’s dry wit is MY kind of humor. My kids just LOVE my “dad jokes”. …. At least iIII think I’m funny. 😳🥺😁😂
❤❤❤
Linda: PLEASE share your meatloaf recipe with us. My meatloaf never turns out the way I want.
Great show, sorry I couldn't catch it live. You may want a sign that says "Mute the volume on your UA-cam when calling" to hold up next to the the phone number. :)
Good idea! 😂

People can always watch your show in two parts if they get tired. 🎉🎉🎉
I agree I love it longer. The longer the better.
I’m a Minnesota girl and I have to agree that snow can be a hassle. That being said I don’t think I could live without it.
They are in the process of closing Christopher Villas. Moving all lifestyle visits to WellPoint now. Love you both. Rebecca
Thanks Rebecca!
I haven't laughed so hard since comedy shows were actually funny!
Watching on your replay.
Thanks for watching Anne!
Could you please take us to a driveway party with u!! We’d love to see your friend rockin’ out on the guitar!! 🎸🎉🤠
Maybe sometime! 😊

Our spec house came with a beautiful outdoor kitchen, but we don't grill.
OMG, Jerry you need alot of Vitamin C, or alot of filtered sun shine my friend!
Circadian rhythm.
Joke
Yes getting dark too early...I hate this! We voted against it 4 yrs ago....why is it still happening? I'm with Jerry, late to bed, late to wake!

=#_%&!!!
Try a pomeranian dog. You will never go back.
How about Thursday nights?
Golf Cart. How many Gerbils are under the hood?
Suggestion.........Just do an Airbnb for your own lifestyle visit....you can do your own.......
Not a great idea in our opinion.

Huh?

What is with all these people not knowing to not have their tv on???
Confused? $373 per year is almost $100 per month What did I miss?
I thought I miss heard. I guess I didn't because I heard what you heard.
I don't know what happened there… I thought I said $1,373 I guess I had a hiccup or something.

Is this a full coverage policy, with a $250.00
Deductable?
$500 and $1374 per year
Is it gas the golf cart
Yes
$300 for the year? I have a 19yo and pay close to $500/month!
$1374
Comment.......$373 per year for car ins. is cheap.....that is only $31 per month........not $100.....you need a calculator Jerry!....LOL...
$1,373.00
MUTE THAT UA-cam 😂😂😂😂

My car insurance is AARP TheHartford. I'm in NY and I'm not sure if they insure in Florida but it may be worth a try.
Thank you!
