Here are some steps you can follow to insert a hatch:
1. Plan and Measure: Determine the location for the hatch on the trailer wall. Consider accessibility and convenience. Measure the dimensions of the hatch opening.
2. Select the Hatch: Build the door to match the size of the frame opening.
3. Cut the Opening: Mark the desired location on the trailer wall. Use a jigsaw or other suitable cutting tool to create the opening. Be precise to ensure a snug fit for the hatch.
4. Frame the Hatch Door: Insert the frame into the opening. Secure with polyurethane glue.
5. Install the Hatch Door: Place the hatch door into the opening. Attach it to the frame using hinges or other hardware. Ensure a tight seal to prevent leaks.
