Also we bankrolled the entente so if they don’t do what we say the next Great War might see us turn on them next or use our soft power to bankrupt them.
This is a very interesting scenario, I enjoyed it. One thing that I would have added however, is that Serbia would probably fight against Bulgaria after the Great War ends over the lands in Macedonia. Making the Serbian-Bulgarian War the first post-WW1 conflict. But I still really liked this video, it might be my favorite one that you’ve done so far!
I can kind of see things going this way, but I don't think Serbia will want to escalate this into a full blown war against Bulgaria. The more likely scenario in my opinion would be the Serbians trying to re-negotiate the earlier agreement and try to keep more of the northern parts of Macedonia, while counteroffering something else that is not land. For example monetary compensation or some other unfavourable for them deal, but just not as unfavourable as giving over this much land to Bulgaria.
I honestly would like to see another series like Kaisertum, That series was a blast to watch and even if it was sometimes unrealistic, it was sooo entertaining. Talking about project kaisertum and your whole channel, I think your channel is underrated, you put a lot of work in your videos. And I think deep down in your heart you want to become a successful alt history channel, and I want you to become one too, You don't get enough credits for your hard work, and basing by your socialblade, Project Kaisertum was the biggest success of your channel and it helped you grow. Basing from social blade your views had increased tenfold from Kaisertum. I really hope you'll take a good path and keep up the quality of these series. :)

Actually Bulgaria did nagotiate with the Alies and the political situation was in favor for joining them. The problem was the teritories. Bulgaria wanted to retake the lost territories from the Balkan wars. However Serbia would not budge even tho they needed us. The Brits tried to strike a deal with them - trading Masedonia and the west wall for the entire Adrictic cost from the Austro-Hungarian Empire but the Serbian goverment feared that it could collapse the country so they rejected it. Thus Bulgaria had no choice but to deal with the people that actually offered it what it wanted. What is even funnier is that Tzar Ferdinant despised his cosin (the AHU Empiror) and kept colling him "That idiot" but was forced to nagotiate with him.
i find this scenario very unrealistic. Serbia, greece, romania were in a war with bulgaria ONE year before ww1 started, expecting those 3 nations to be on the same side after that just one year later is just.. no
The Turkish war of independence was not fought against Ottomans like a classic war. We rather teached people democracy and freedom which made people turn against the failing Ottoman state. So there weren’t Ottoman armies vs Turkish armies like a normal civil war. It was rather a civil war on paper and minds.

Something happens and Dutch didn't get the Belgian region and instead in compensation Dutch get Malaysian colony from the British and the British get Guyana as well as ceylon like historically. At WW1 Dutch get invaded by Germany and after the peace treaty Dutch get German Papua then in WW2 they get invaded and after the peace Britain incorporated British Papua to Indonesia. Then Indonesia get independent and invade east Timor That's just a proposal You could modify it however you want and make it somewhat realistic

There's an interesting notion too, that greece get convinced to join due to Bulgarian entry on the Entente's side, IRL, Britain offered Cyprus to greece if they joined the war early on for the Gallipoli campaign, if Britain still did that to make sure to knock the ottoman empire out swiftly and limit the need for British and Commonwealth ground forces' involvement and also sooth tensions by using Cyprus to satiate Greek hunger for territories in Thrace, it would give the entente basically full control of the balkans and eastern Mediterranean and possibly the Black Sea, as the ottoman empire may be knocked out due to this Greek entry.
They did actually, but they were really hoping that the Russians perform bad and don't get it. This time it's an international city, so the Russians would still benefit from it, so they might agree to it

A Secondary Project I'm trying to research for, The Prussia Of The Balkans, i will try to focus on the Bulgarian situation and the Macedonian front, inspired by AltHissHubs Latest video
The scenario regarding the war generally is realistic. Regarding the partition of the middle east less so except maybe British control/protectorate of Iraqi oil fields and formal French protectorate on Lebanon (but not Syria). The long-term fate of Russia is unclear, it could get into a "monarcho-fascist" state and suppress minorities by force and later instigating world war 2 with China and Iran as allies.
I have an extremly unrealistic video suggestion, *What if Bulgaria and Romania united* the time would be weird but I guess it could happen in around when the Ottoman empire falls (I think it would be an interesting ideea)
It was promised to them, but I think the international city arrangements would work best for both parties. It would still provide safe passage but Russia will not have to occupy it. The Russians are too unstable after WW1

Russia at this point was still claiming to be the third Rome and all that plus it was strategically crucial. As a bulgarian i can say this: Our greed is what lead us to one of our biggest crisis. Its wild to think that if we joined the the Entente instead of Central Powers would've mean not only Bulgaria expanding to parts of Macedonia but also possibly taking Constantinopole which would've entered us basically in another "golden age", but it is possible that WW2 would've been completely prevented, leading to a much more united and stronger Europe, possibly including Russia Side note: This actually gives me idea to implement such scenario in Civilization 5 and play it out 😀
I doubt most of this would happen. Historically, France and Britain made a real effort to sweet talk Serbia into giving us Macedonia, bur they rejected to even have a proper conversation about it. So, even though this alternate scenario turns out great for Bulgaria, it's just not possible. The most we would have gotten had we joined the Entente would be everything up to the Midia-Enos line.
This is so intersting this all happend cause Bulgaria joined the allies this could turn into an interesting series edit:What do you think will happen next?

Bulgaria was at war with Turkey one year before but they still got to be allies.

The scenario regarding the war generally is realistic. Regarding the partition of the middle east less so except maybe British control/protectorate of Iraqi oil fields and formal French protectorate on Lebanon (but not Syria).
The long-term fate of Russia is unclear, it could get into a "monarcho-fascist" state and suppress minorities by force and later instigating world war 2 with China and Iran as allies.
Exact borders are of course difficult to predict, but I'm glad you liked the scenario
Also, most likely Russia would take Memel from Germany

Great Video, only thing I need to correct is that Russia would definetly take Constantinple as they got it promised to them by France and Britain
It was promised to them, but I think the international city arrangements would work best for both parties. It would still provide safe passage but Russia will not have to occupy it. The Russians are too unstable after WW1
@@rewriting-history eh Russia has been trying to get it for so long I dont think they would agree to such an arrangement. Russia at this point was still claiming to be the third Rome and all that plus it was strategically crucial. As you said yourself in the Video Russia still had a rivalry with the UK and I dont think Russia would want the uk to have any power over the bosphorus
As a bulgarian i can say this:
Our greed is what lead us to one of our biggest crisis. Its wild to think that if we joined the the Entente instead of Central Powers would've mean not only Bulgaria expanding to parts of Macedonia but also possibly taking Constantinopole which would've entered us basically in another "golden age", but it is possible that WW2 would've been completely prevented, leading to a much more united and stronger Europe, possibly including Russia
Side note: This actually gives me idea to implement such scenario in Civilization 5 and play it out 😀
I doubt most of this would happen. Historically, France and Britain made a real effort to sweet talk Serbia into giving us Macedonia, bur they rejected to even have a proper conversation about it. So, even though this alternate scenario turns out great for Bulgaria, it's just not possible. The most we would have gotten had we joined the Entente would be everything up to the Midia-Enos line.
This is so intersting this all happend cause Bulgaria joined the allies this could turn into an interesting series

bulgaria didnt join the entante because the land wasnt fully promised, and the central powers were like "whatever you take its yours"
plus bulgaria woudnt have lost if the central powers allowed them to fully annex greece
