Other SOAD songs I would definitely recommend are "Aerials", "Spiders", "B.Y.O.B.", and "Sugar". "B.Y.O.B." is my personal favorite.
To the meaning of the second song "Toxicity", this is my interpretation.
"Conversion, software version 7.0."
(constant upgrade and instant abandonment to even slightly outdated stuff)
"Looking at life through the eyes of a tirehub." (i take this image quite litterally, if you are looking at the world from the perspective of a wheel while the car is driving, you will see everything spinning.)
"Eating seeds as a past time activity."
(I take seeds metaphorical here, eating seeds, like eating the source of life or feasting on the wellbeeing of the next generation)
"The toxicity of our city."
(society is hostile towards itself)
"Now, do you own the world? How do you own disorder??"
(Speaking to power hungry people who want to control everything, yet disorder can never be controlled)
"Somewhere between the sacred scilence and sleep." (the sacret scilence is death or non-existance while sleep is... well sleep. So between death and unconsciousness there is awake life.. which is by itself chaotic and disorderly)
Bottom line, you can't control other people, things are moving too fast, society is flawed, we harm our children and so on.
The last line is very powerful.

Chop Suey was originally called Suicide, before they were forced to change it.
It talks of how people judge others for how they died(example overdosing on drugs), but not how they lived.
SOAD is straight fire. I would recommend having lyrics near you when catching these videos the first time.

Serj Tankian is the primary singer and he is a Trained Opera Singer 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Serj said in the Rick Rubin interview, he had no training and didn't really know what he was doing except trying to make sounds.
