When a card has only one fan, the air enters through that fan and exits on the other side if the card (this is called blower-style). These cards don't have the best airflow and thus get pretty hot. 2 or 3 fan ones push air to and from the GPU much more quickly, and cooling it much faster. Basically, 1 fan = card gets hot under stress. 2+ fans = card doesnt get too hot under stress
@@annurissimo1082 not always the case, some single fan GPUs are set up just like the multi fan GPUs (aka open air coolers), they are nothing like the pusher cards. And some single fan cooler designs are pusher style coolers.
It's pretty obvious other than the fact that one has a single fan, and one has multiple fans. Multi fans often offer better cooling. Single fans are usually on lower end GPUs as they don't generate as much heat as a higher end card so they don't need as many fans to stay cool.

And you can just add those together and get the usage. The above figure is not including the power usage of the other components in that system such as Ram, Storage, fans, motherboard chipset. With the other power usage of everything added in you're going to be slightly above 100w usage if you strain the CPU and GPU, but this is a worse case scenario. Which is well within what a 200w PSU can handle. Heck I use a GT 1030 in my HTPC and it only has a 90w PSU. If you do get a GT 1030 try to avoid the DDR4 version and get the GDDR5 version (it's pretty easy to spot if you look at the model number). Sometimes the title of the page for the card will outright say if it's GDDR5 or DDR4, and others do not list either, and some do list the model number, if it says D4 or GD4 in the model number it's going to be the DDR4 version.
