    My favorite lures after 50 years of fishing them . Rooster tails , blue foxes , panther martin and triple teasers .
    If you learn to work the rooster tail , You can work it at barely under 1 inch of top water for when the trout are feeding on the top like catching flies or down deep on the bottoms where the big ones like to hang out .

    your informative videos are my favorite ones, i hope you blow up someday and get to travel the country to fish i could take you to some sweet spots during the mullet run in our river, if you enjoy trout fishing this would be fun for you. such strong fish the mullet in spawn migration mode, we catch them on slimy moss we find on the rocks in the shallows. keep it up man i know youtube is self destructing right now, but we all know what the mother of invention is. another platform will rise soon enough

    Good vid! I like throwin the 1/6 black rooster tail all year!
    So listen my dad got me a castmaster but I couldn't aim that thing at all. The equivalent of throwing a slider in baseball but not knowing where to release. It was kind of frustrating plus it looks like you actually have a swivel on yours?

    • @TheTroutHammer

    • @erichuether9776
      @erichuether9776 4 роки тому

      @@TheTroutHammer how do i aim it? there a trick to it? It was fun & I probably could have tossed it to the moon! Here's the thing the stream in my backyard is about 30 ft wide I had no problem just softly tossing it across but if I tried to throw it with the current or against it I just end up in the bushes on either side

    I agree that the lighting could have been better, the backlight effect made your face dark. That said, I thought you did a great job and found the video both interesting and informative. I’ll look forward to the other species.
