Will these help with the weird floaty / dizzy disconnected feeling? My upper body and neck have so many knots and all over tightness and I'm always feeling weird so I'm hoping working the upper body will get rid of that compression to my brain

I have had a total shoulder replacement, my physical therapy didn’t go as planned, so it is hard for me to do those types of exercises. What would you suggest for someone who doesn’t have full range of motion up, about 110-115 degrees, and out 40-45 degrees.
