The arm movement looks like the opening move of naihanchi nidan.. Thank you for sharing this technique

In Naihanchi Nidan, the elbows are stretched outward when raising the arms. In this movement, the elbows are brought together, which I personally think is rather similar to Seisan (or Sanchin).

In technique 1, would it be possible to lift and suplex your opponent from the arm lock? I imagine it would be dangerous for a training situation but could be effective in a real self defense fight.

If you are far superior to your opponent in physical strength and wrestling technique, it will be possible.
However, in such a case, I think you can control your opponent without using suplex techniques.
I feel that it is not realistic even in a self-defense scene considering the possibility of over-defense.
