Audio is soooooo bad, one minute is hard to hear what you guys are saying (especially with your facemask), have to crank the volume to the max, next minute the music has blown your ears off, very unprofessional.
So you removed the toilet & the wall to clean out the mold. I am assuming you fixed the wall, painted it, and replaced the toilet, too. I would’ve appreciated seeing the final project. How much did this job cost the owners?
What if the walls to the ground floor apartment are concrete the previous tenant painted walls with gloss paint and all the tile grout and walls are full of black and red mould and there is a vent that is in use when the bath or shower is used the toilet cistern is always covered in condensation and the window is always dripping wet the window frame is covered in black mould his do you stop the mould and kill it
I had ServPro come and they sprayed and used that machine BUT it never got rid of it . I had the owner come and he said it was “ just superficial “ The company did none of on what you did . I even had them look in attic to see where it was coming from . Bathroom exhaust fan was broken for awhile and I’m sure that’s what started the mold
Right? The voice volume is 70% quieter than most videos while the music is at normal volume. It's like a jumpscare in a horror movie when the music kicks back in.

What if the mold is do from poor exhaust on the ceilings and walls do you need to remove the walls and callings or just use a cleaner?
