Mouth watering Chicken Kebab with Rice and fresh Sauce.
These Chicken Kebabs are so juicy and delicious.
Kebabs are various cooked meat dishes with their origins in Middle Eastern cuisine. Numerous variants are popular around the world.

►Ingredients for the Chicken Kebab
►Chicken Kebab
250g plain yogurt
5 garlic cloves
1 tsp. red chilli powder
2 tsp. coriander powder
1 tsp. cumin powder
1 tsp. paprika powder
1 tsp. turmeric powder
1/2 tsp. freshly ground blackpepper
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. oil
1 - 1.5 kg chicken breast cubes
Skewers
Clarified butter (ghee)
►Rice
3 large cooking spoons oil
2 onions chopped
5 garlic cloves, small twig of ginger and 3 green chilies blended together with some water
2 black cardamoms
3 green cardamoms
1 medium cassia bark
3 bay leaves
5 cloves
2 tsp. cumin powder
2 tsp. garam masala
1 tsp. blackpepper
1 tbsp. salt
3 cups of water
2 cups Basmati rice
Julienne of 2 carrots
Sultanas, not everyone likes them :D
►Sauce
3 large tomatoes
Half onion finely chopped
2 green chilies finely chopped
25g fresh coriander roughly chopped
Half a lemon juice
1 tsp. red chilli powder
1 tsp. paprika powder
Salt to taste

My husband tried this today with boneless chicken thighs and it came out unbelievably delicious!! The tomato chutney is out of this world too (we broiled in the oven)! Ma Shaa Allah Alhamdulillah thank you chef!!! In Shaa Allah next week my husband will make for his mum & make for his dad!

short-lived restaurant.. they sold THE MOST HAUNTINGLY delicious food....ever🤤. I was heartbroken they closed. A disappointing Thai store is there now :-(

wow mouth watering while fasting! even though we afghans do not use this many spices in our rice but this looks good. not sure if this is Afghan, our rice is cooked either plain or in the lamb soup but will try this thank you
