Salaam brother🤝. I was eating a dish very similar to this in Dubai. Was always wondering how they got the rice so full of flavour., but my over working brain forgot about, 'al kabsa'. Thee, only Saudi dish I've cooked 😋 I've probably made it 3 times, but didn't know at the time. There's one famous rice dish in West Africa, 'jollof rice'. Cooked in a similar manner. From North West Africa. I'm sure you can do it from your part of the world🤔😉💞
You need to define your measurement of 'cup' for rice, as as there is a specific rice cup measurement which rice cookers use and is based on a Japanese saki measure and is 180ml whereas there is also a general western cooking cup size which is 250ml so this will cause confusion for people who have rice cookers.

I have a question. when I grill my chicken it leaves a lot of water*from curd I guess) but in your it doesn't..what should I do
Use less yogurt, preheat the grill and make sure its on high setting. If grilling on a pan, don't over crowd.
What kind of yogurt is that, it looks like cream. When I buy yogurt it's not liquidy like yours.
Natural yogurt, usually mix it up before adding
Brother if I cook 4 cups of basmati rice then water would be 5 cups right? I always get my water measurements confused.
For 4 cups of rice, use 5 and half cups of water. Will do a video explaining the process in more detail
