Will this model perform a Transmission adaptive relearn?
My truck threw a code recently...so I ordered an Autel scanner (much simpler model) for overnight shipping. I'm embarassed to say that I think it ended up being the gas cap. That was the first thing I checked when it came on...but I think it takes a few cycles to clear. I figured it would be handy to have.
Depends on what the code was. If it was an evap small leak code then most likely it was the gas cap.
Run the bag test first, cover gas cap with piece of plastic bag or ziplock and tighten cap with it on and leave it. Run your car a few cycles and drive it a few minutes a few times and if the lights go away then it for sure is your cap. If not it can be quite a few other things, hopefully you figure it out 👍
I think I wasn't patient enough...it cleared by itself after a few cycles. All has been fine after that. Thanks guys.
Great video on this Autel.. I have An Autel myself and it's the Bluetooth dongle and it's great. It can do things my 10k Zeus from Snapon can't sometimes hahahaha I need to update mine though. Bad.

It’s a very nice scanner! Yes it is a Yukon. We wanted something larger for vacations and dodge doesn’t make anything bigger then a Durango. She loves it

No you still need Auto Authority

No you have to have an original key to program a new one.
i know this is a oid scanner but being that it is made in china like may other brands unfortunalty . After reading actual rrports that are from legitimate Cyber security companies that look into many brands especially ones built in china. They are discovering that all the data gets sent to China without you knowing about it Its not just your data , the DMV AND also anything that is proprietary to the mfg. Anything that can be plugged into and outlet, usb port etc!!
This scanner is new for 2024. If you have a cell phone they already have all the information they need anyways.

The only thing I don’t like is after 1 year they charge $129 yr to use it
No that’s $125/year to be able to continue updating it. If you don’t pay the scanner still works you just can’t do updates for newer models.
