The Best Full Frame Hybrid? - Sony A7C II & A7C R

I used the Sony A7C II and A7C R for a couple of weeks prior to its launch and here are my honest thoughts on both cameras. This video is more focused on the Sony A7C II, especially how it compares to my brand-new Sony ZV-E1.
You can think of the A7C II as a full-frame Sony A6700 or a compact A7 IV.
A lot of the AI-based features have been passed up from the ZV-E1 and A6700 to the A7C II and A7C R.

Alright guys correction on my part! There is a dual base ISO at ISO 800 and ISO 3200. It seems like it might have been an issue with my unit, but after checking with a lot of other reviewers and Sony - short answer would be that there is a dual base native ISO. 🫡

the Continuous shooting with autofocus is a major upgrade. Damn also Loving the Upgrades with the AI processor and the Image stability

If you’re more video focused, I would suggest the ZV-E1. If you’re planning to use hybrid and don’t mind the Super35 crop in 4K 60p then the A7C II is the better choice.

I pre ordered the a7cii don't really need the 61mp. Also since I have already the zv e1 I'm covered on the video side. Now I have the perfect compact combo one for video and one for photos.

Personally i would go for A7CR focuses on more Photo side but considering the Low light situation , thats a downgrade thu correct me if im wrong. I focus on more photo side and small videos on the side which can be balanced by these hybrids .

If you’re focusing on video, FX30 is a way better camera. Although it’s still a crop sensor, the video performance will be way better.
