Thank you so much for this! Went through plenty of trial and error to make this beautiful and you video is what saved me! I don’t have a candy thermometer so I kept dipping my spatula in and seeing if it Hardened and when it did I waited a minute or two then poured it over parchment paper that was placed on a glass cup laying down. Ended up with a super cool ocean wave!!

Born to be Bored, you need a candy thermometer. You can get them at Walmart for a few bucks. Then you heat it to hard crack stage which took about 20 minutes or so at medium high heat. The temp though is more important than the time you cook it. Hope that helps!
