Agree, Ryan is the brain of the project and cannot lose sight of the overall project. Okay to do the "technical" points of the project but should leave the manual work to others. This also helps with catching all the unsafe things that could happen on the job. Occasionally jumping in to help the guys is okay. 😀

Thought the concrete base was a waste if money at first, but then realized the inside needs to be stamped to match patio. Great job boys, and grandma!
Man, even Annie is chill working for Victory.
Your mom is such a beautiful and blessed woman your lucky to have her
I can't believe the crew doesn't have the forethought to clean up and tidy the site up before leaving. That shouldn't even be something that needs to be asked.
They too worried about getting to their side jobs.
Love the laser levels, we used them for shaping the sub grade for golf greens, that’s how greens get their movement and shape.
To all the boys who see this next time ryan touches a pick or shovel take it from him, thats real workers
Agree, Ryan is the brain of the project and cannot lose sight of the overall project. Okay to do the "technical" points of the project but should leave the manual work to others. This also helps with catching all the unsafe things that could happen on the job. Occasionally jumping in to help the guys is okay. 😀
I'm glad Tina seems to have sorted his stuff out. And now of course having help with his car as he adds a lot to the videos I think
Tino* 😁😉
Ray walking around with a shovel in his hands but I dont see him actually doing anything with it much. He knows how to game the system for sure. Ray needs a notebook and pen to help with his inability to remember even the simplest things. Glad things are starting to look up for Ryan, he was sounding pretty stressed.
I LOVE the technical videos of you explaining things in depth.
Cant believe after all this time the guys dont check and make sure everything is secure in and on the trucks !! And Ryan still doing most of the work himself ! Guys standing around looking at their phones would drive me crazy !
Tio Tino telling francisco not to get mad. It’s just a question.
Is hilarious 😭😂
Good morning from Canada 🍁
I bet that talk Ryan gave the guys of making sure everything is tied down. Went through one ear and came out the other.
Ray the destroyer haha, I’ve noticed over the whole time hes been with you that he doesn’t like being told hes wrong when he f’s up. Tell him to be teachable!!!
Oh and I love that your mom is close to God with her prayers. Can you have her pray for me. Im looking for a good career-so i need doors to open up and opportunities to present themselves. Thanks man
I think Big Ray judges himself pretty hard when he makes a mistake. You're right, he needs to remember to be teachable.
@user-yu8dr9ib2e I don't think so..if he did he wouldn't keep repeating the same mistakes over and over..he's lazy
after working all day, i find it oddly satisfying to watch more work... well...keep up the good work!
Get that umbrella insurance. Especially with Ray.
I actually really like to hear you say "Thanks for sponsoring this video" and "Click the link down below!"
Love the way he throws the lazer box on the floor 🙈 one way to out line the lazer or damage it.
Right! Lol
Beautiful work man! Everyone has special skills and the all come together to get the job don’t! Tino is becoming a fan favorite
35:07 for the tags, it’s usually 2 PSI per ton will get you close and then you can dial it in by feel
This is a great video and I love how you explain some tips of the trade. Great teacher!
Another great video. It's never ENDS. Guys are funny. Grandma special looks good. Yummy 😋 Adios 🕊️
What a great happy ending to the video went from cranky to smiles
@28:32
Carlito: "Level...I know, I got one "
Ryan : " You have one ?"
Carlito: "YEESS SIIIIRRR!
🤣🤣😂
I will never forget the first time I watch you. When you pick Anny up I thought you throw her in the trash can ! Scared me 🤣🤣🤣
Big Ray has to be the clumsiest dude out of all of the crew!! I thought Eric was.... but I've changed my mind!!
Ray is a HUGE liability and should be fired.
@@HardPumpersand lazy doesn’t even use common sense
Ray needs to listen to a recoding when he sleeps to remind his body to breathe.
But big ray was hired as a CDL driver 🤔 so I kinda expected him to be slow on the concrete work/ actual manual labour.
But there both gonna cost ryan a lot of money if not his buisness if they carry on not thinking for themselves
Eric has 7 seasons experience in the concrete game.
Ray just has 1.
Big Ray my man. If you forget just watch the old videos like rest of us waiting for new ones.
Big Ray of liability strikes again....Ryan has the patience of a saint.
Man whos worst Ray or Daryl lol
So right 😅
