- Join Big Ray and myself as we head to Canton Ohio for the 2024 Deco Crete show. Traveling with Big Ray was fun until the snoring started! Besides that we had a great time meeting new people as well and catching up with old friends. Enjoy

If you ask me ryan financially would have been better off firing eric and not bugs, bugs was upset because he did all the work and cheeseburger boy would be sitting or giggling all the time, be honest ryan you financially would have been better off with bugs because now your looking for a good finisher and erik said himself hes leaving victory

Francisco is a decent laborer
Some people are just built to be laborers forever. Still usefull in their own ways. Fran is a good helper and he probably knows some things we don't get to see. Eric is a forever laborer. If whe worked for us. He would Pick up garbage and broken brick all day. Then occasionally let him throw some mud

I doubt you will ever realise just how many people you have inspired and encouraged through your UA-cam channel. Just this incredibly small snippet of how many people came out of their way to meet you at these events is testament to that. this is something Television could never do because they could never get this level of authenticity and honesty. Incredible.
Back when you started UA-cam you had a totally different crew. As people started leaving I thought I would lose interest.
Now I tune in M,W,F before I start my day and the reason Is,you have great values and you keep your priorities straight. You have a wonderful family and treat your employees as you would expect to be treated. I usually get a nice laugh or two and it’s great motivation to get out there and make a difference.

Ray laughs about his sleep apnea but with his CDL he will be forced to get a machine to wear when sleeping or lose the cdl. They don't mess around with apnea anymore.
