Noticed Ray lacks the ability to problem solve for himself, he relies on Ryan to fix things he could do himself if he'd just take a few minutes to think it through. You can always tell when he lacks the ability to communicate what it is when talking with Ryan, he mumbles in a low voice and is often very vague about what's actually wrong, then when he get's shown how easy it was to solve Ray get's all high pitched and acts surprised. I think Ryan is starting to notice this too. Ray's a good guy but if he wants to advance in this field he's gonna have to step it up. I don't think Ryan want's to be a babysitter for him all the time. Anyhow, this was a great video and Ryan's one of the best bosses, really hope he get's everything worked out for his new land/buildings.

@@SosaGaming27 sad thing is, hes gained all that weight in about 5 years. ryan put an old pic of the crew in a video last year and you could see jr was in much much better shape

Stopped giving him winter work. Cuts Eric's bonus for being only a couple of minutes late. Not renting out expensive equipment to him. And now editing Eric's involvement in videos as little as possible.
