...also loved how you made it clear that you prefer not to #playauthentic by playing something other than Gibson’s in this.

It is somewhat off topic for a guitar related video, but this made me think of my tenor sax. It is a Cannonball and that brand is known for making heavier horns. I love the way it plays and feels in regards to its key action, but I sometimes long for a lighter horn. I have lower back issues and after practicing for an hour or so on it, it will get it to hurrying. And unlike guitar, it’s easier to play and get a good tone when you’re standing up playing. Whereas when I’m piddling on my guitars I usually am sitting because I find them easier to piddle on, not play, but piddle, so weight isn’t as much of issue.
I do prefer my Squier Tele over over my Squier Strat though. The Telecaster is lighter and plays louder without being plugged in. But of course the body shape on the Strat feels better. For some reason I find it easier to mute the strings with my palm on the Strat too.
Sorry to hear about your whole lost wallet thing. That had to have been so frustrating. Guessing maybe the next time I see you, you’ll be have one of the wallet on a chain style wallets that you attach to your belt.

Keith Taylor Great comment Keith. For me weight has always been about comfort, but as I get into it I can see the tone benefits a little.
