Random but between this channel and the running channel, you seem so confident and carefree on camera -- it just feels like you're having a ton of fun with these videos. So great to see
Haven't watched in a while, but been going alone for a little while after a falling out with my fiance. This video really speaks to me. Maybe I ought to take up swimming
I did the full IMWI in 2017. WE have a hilly bike leg here and the swim is in our beautiful Lake Monona. My training was 80% bike 20% run, 0% swim because I was a swimmer in HS and I coached it. The diff between a good and bad swim time is like 20 min but 3 hours for a good/bad cycle. Just get good enough to pass the swim God bless my man, reach out if you need help or a place to stay in Madison!
I have already gotten my life on track to some degree. This video has inspired me to push hard for 3 months with intensity. Thank you captain, for all your content! I am loving the frequency of uploads, feels like the good old days.
5:01 You can achieve that also with breathing techniques and different styles of body scan meditations, and certain yoga asanas. Alternatively, I would also recommend rock climbing.
500th like! I learned how to swim this summer too. The No.1 lesson is to relax in the water. This allows you to be calm in all situations. If you are calm in the torrent, the water will be your ally and propel you forward.
I like the tone and pace of this episode! I had a longer break from watching because I felt there is too much gloat and manliness and pompousness... but now this feels again more at home, down to earth. I'm now eager to check out some other, recent episodes as well - while doing my work obviously, watching UA-cam has never been a step for anyone in completing any goal!
1. create an objective for nxt 3 months 2. connecting to inspiring people and being at inspiring place 3. do talk or do something that will help u grow ur public speaking 4. follow a skin and hair care routine
Yo I'm so happy you came back up in my feed. I forgot I was subscribed to you, and boii, was it uplifting and encouraging truly seeing your name on my feed once more!
You're definitely capable of doing a 70.3! So many triathletes massively overestimate how important the swim is. You're in a wrtsuit that makes it easier (buoyancy and streamlined) and You're only going to use your arms for the swim. Think of it as a walk with your arms, and learn to breathe bilaterally (especially with a sea swim ironman. Maybe look for one with a lake swim) Don't overthink it. Give yourself 6-8 months (ish) and get signed up. You've got this!
Very cool my man! I am glad that you are being inspired every day. Rick Rubin's work is so inspiring! I am filming my first film in August based on my reading Rubin. Looking forward to talking about how this project will make me unrecognizable!
All the best to all the others taking part on their own journeys! I have a very imp exam in exactly about 3 months. This video seems like a signal from Lord Shiva. I try to change myself and put myself on this journey of 3 All the best to all the others taking part on their own journeys! Share your journeys if you may, and lets meet up in 3 months!
This is awesome! If it helps, I have done 3 70.3s training for my first full and I still don't know how to swim properly. 😂I am working on fixing that as we speak.
Yo brudda, if u can’t swim doesn’t mean Indians are bad a swimming, instead my mum was the one who got me into swimming and not just me but many of my frnzy are into it. Having said that I love ur channel and appreciate ur hard work
What I took from this video:. 1: Pick a goal that will stretch you. 2: Spend time in inspiring places with inspiring people 3: Clean and discipline your spaces, including the digital. 4: Develop a skin care routine.
CeraVe products are amazing for skincare. I use CeraVe clenser morning and night, and their SA exfoliator twice a week at night, in morning I apply SPF50 with vitamin C, with my moisturizer. In the evening I use moisturizer with LaRoche Posay B3 serum which contains retinol and I am all good. It's quick and easy.
i dont know i am stuck in job , i cant do all this and i am sad about that . issue is money is necessary but man likes things that dont make lot of money.. so you feel what makes you happy , vs what makes you comfortable
2:55 An immersion approach may have proven more beneficial. Ten lessons week after week could have been collapsed in less time if you were spending more time in the pool per visit. 🤔 An initial approach would have had you do more passive floating to develop more of a relationship with how your transports itself in the medium of water.
I was just had an idea for you bhai, have you ever thought of trying to be in Indian film industry maybe Tollywood.... Or also maybe produce and direct your own movies.... Also cool video I went swimming recently.
I didn't know you were from Mumbai (previously known as Bombay... Mom says people don't all know Mumbai so I say that all the time). I can't swim either and my mom did not push me to learn and says water is my weakness because of when I was born. I think our moms would get along lol
I'm not about to unsub but I kind of agree this title was clickbait. Usually these type of videos by Sinbad are followed with a series of ideas that follow up what the title says but this video has little to do with becoming unrecognizable in 3 months. I was looking forward to that type of video too

My dad learnt how to do a basic swim by practically being thrown into the water with a rope.
