I had an sc14 on my b20vtec civic. Made about 136wkw on about 5.5psi. SC clutch was ran through the ecu, only came on once certain parameters were met, engine, oil temp, throttle position etc had an override switch too. Most of the time i drove around NA. Ultimate sleeper

Thanks so much for the info dude! They're a beautiful piece of kit. Does the PSI differentiate based on the displacement of the engine? This is the 2 litre variant with the stock pulley so very interested to see how much boost it will make as is!
@@itsmikelake Welcome, so the idea with the injectors should be a pass, instead invest in an Ostrich II piggyback and then dial the injectors in we should have some flash files for you, that said the boost should be around 3-4PSI max with that pulley, if you use the HMW 80mm you should be able to bump it up to 6-10 depending on if its intercooled or not, we have the installation guide up on our site, download the latest one and get installing. There is also a power gain and boost output formula there in the blog. One othe thing I would add is the SC14 you have is a Type 2. This will require likely the adapter bracket, see if you have trouble with the belt alignment (6pk 2260 for stock pulley) and 6PK2230 for the hmw 80mm will work. These are positive displacement blowers, and the boost is in relation of not only the engine displacement but your overall number of valves the engine efficiency etc. As in on a M20 with more displacement you will see more boost vs this one. @@itsmikelake yeah ive had a few slow 6 but they scream haha. 150hp/190nm torque @4200rpm and nothing untill then lol. Probably only 120whp so i call close to 180-200hp at the crank gives us 165whp. Numbers dont mean much its all about when its available and for how long, with the extra N.m and now available bellow 4500rpm it will skid like twice the car it was.

I had one of these on a RB30, the throttle body was mounted before the supercharger (draw through set up) so had no need for bypass valve.
That’s how I should have done it!
