Love how 202 hp is ok and 179 was no good …. Bikes these days are insane that those numbers are considered bad

I have the fz1 aswell, and they are restricted in the first 3 gears its only giving 70% power. So an ecu flash will be worth it, i did it aswell and its a big change :)

Wow 202 is not bad for stock.
It even sounds different with the flash. 228 is a huge difference. Like you say , the ride will be interesting. I have always wanted to know that. Thanks for that, can't wait for the run against Big Country.
Almost 30 hp gain and that power curve stays up there. This thing is gonna be a monster after upgrades.
I recommend getting stage 2 or 3 supercharger gears
It's just crazy that a 35k bike needs a few more thousand just to beat a 13k bike with a few thousand of parts.

Not really, its a kawi, they come extremely restricted, a tuned H2 vs a Tuned GSXR 1000 and the GSX-R won't come close. Of course, a built bike will beat a stock bike that is ecu limited lol.
The h2 is Kawasaki finest built and their flagship, kinda like a special and limited edition
Ain't the emissions regulators grand? Everyone is convinced a board of bureaucrats are the future of mankind. If DJT hadn't de-regulated some years ago, the EPA would have made all of this stuff so illegal, just the mention of it would bring a felony.

my 160 hp blackbird is all ive ever needed.225 hp is remarkable.thats what a strong 5.0 mustang makes!
Yea I got a 150hp out of my GSX-S1000 and that’s more then enough for any riding I do these days. It’s a rocket to 120mph!
2023 5.0 Mustang makes around 500 horsepower.
You referring to the old late-80's 5.0?
@@exothermal.sprocketStock mustang makes 480 hp at the crank, which ends up being closer to 350ish hp at the wheels plus or minus some. Granted this is still 100hp more than the H2, but pretty close to what a H2R makes. Mustang 5.0 weighs 1740kg, the H2 weighs 240, thats the crazy part.
@@niccijay4683 They make between 370 to 410 at the wheels depending on dyno, depending on standard 5.0 vs Mach 1, between auto and manual. Drivetrain loss is around 15% on average.

I had my H2SXSE remapped the other week, she’s got standard headers, akro can and a K&N and 222.3 bhp/100.9 lb/ft torque now compared to the pre remap of 179 and 93👌🏽

Stock EUROPEAN H2 makes about 227bhp
euro ecu has less restrictions from the factory than US
Kawasaki is a firm believer in the gentelmans rule and makes the h2 top out at around 194, if you get an h2r on the other hand it is a full fledged track bike and has no restrictions makking it top out around 240!
Hey, if you spend a lot of your time at the drag strip like Moore, I can see it. I reckon a great many here almost never drag race, but just wanna say that their wall flower has 200+ HP. Amirite?
Best way to test a bike when I tested on my dyno in the uk I run them bone stock first them I could see what mods work well some of the aftermarket exhaust systems can turn out crap and some of the so called go faster parts can make them slower

Low compression (8.5:1) is how Kawasaki gets by without an intercooler on this machine. But, without some decent boost the mid-range is about like a 1L four cylinder with 8.5:1 compression. Not that great.
This will blow up and lessons will be learned
Holy moly, 230whp, stock. Absolute monster. With sprint filter and free flowing exhaust it's around 250 whp. 😲 That's monstrous amount of power, and likely unrideable with stock wheelbase and ride height in anything below 5th gear. Can't wait for next episode.
U think that's nuts check out the h2r with same wheel base 350+ whp

There's a lot of market between utterly silent, and 10/10 obnoxious ear-bleeding jet-fighter afterburner noise. It's this part of the exhaust market it seems all the kids ignore.
@@exothermal.sprocket I agree..I want slightly louder than stock with a nice tone.. people highly underestimate how good induction noise can be too.. when your exhaust is (was) as loud as mine you no longer hear all the other cool sounds your engine can make, all you hear is a pipe screaming in your ear.. riding my R6 4-500 miles a week with my ears bleeding got old real quick.

Exhaust companies put out stuff that was deep tone, tuned sounding, and still breathed well.... back in the late 90's and early 2000's. Now? Since the fat "cat" under the bike does most of the muffling, exhaust companies only need to produce extremely minimal "mufflers" as slip-ons. What do people do with these barely-there mufflers? Attach them to catless header/junction full systems and they are as loud as Krakatoa.
Hello moore. I recently put on my vandemon exhaust on my h2. I still have my stock airfilter on, is it ok to use the bike without reflashing my ecu? I still cant mess with the ecu because the bike is still in the warranty period. Thank you and moore power 😊

C'mon man removing the mirrors isn't saving any weight! You add those solid metal block off plates so it's kind of a trade off. Plus the safety of being able to see what's behind you without having to run into a human owl

The 200 would be at the engine. You loose a fair bit of power through the transmission and everything getting to the wheel.

I own two H2’s. Both have mods. Most 1000cc have so much HP from factory they’ll power wheelie in 3rd. The additional HP a moded H2 makes can’t be put to the pavement until it stops pulling wheelies. 1/4 mile they’re all going to have similar times. 1/2 or full mile the H2 has the space to put down the HP. 5th and 6th gear are where an H2 really outperforms other bikes in acceleration.

Can make all the power you want but if you cant get it to the ground, its useless. i just did remote tuning with Chris for my wifes ZH2 and it power wheelies in 4th gear with stock wheel base. Which means im gonna be fighting the front wheel in gears 1-3 and wont be able to go wide open throttle.
