Are you saved friend? If you died tonight will you go to heaven or hell? God Almighty, the Creator came in the flesh to take away the sin of the world. He gave up his own life to save yours. His sacrifice on the cross paid the price for your redemption with his own blood. On the third day he rose from dead and offers the gift of salvation and forgiveness to those that repent and trust in him.

You are one of very few people (maybe even the first I've ever heard of) that mention that film. Seems like "Darby O'Gill and The Little People" have, despite being Disney's first real-life motion picture, have fallen more or less into obscurity. Most people don't seem to know about that film, and yes a young Sean Connery had a very prominent role in that. It was in fact because of that movie that led to the producers wanting him for the role of James Bond.
And the scene with the Banshee literally scared the living **** out of me as a kid, and still do.

When Sean got the ‘job’ of playing a character ‘James bond’ 1961/2 he had already met Diane and she took him to her movement coach at the Drama Centre in North London
It was run by a Swedish Dance teacher called Yat Malmgren
When Sean told Yat about the role Yat told Sean to think of Cat Animals like Tigers, Lions and Panthers
Sean moved like a Panther and he was just a ‘one off’
I cannot believe that Sean’s brother Neil died at the start of last month
Long illness - did not say but perhaps Parkinson’s???

I love that sean connery was from a working class scottish background but trained himself to speak well. Its not false, because he educated himself after some good advice on what to read classically. Its also not disparaging to his background because he spoke up for it and showed that 'class' is a fallacy. Its a judgement against the poor for feeling sorry for themselves (in many cases) and the rich for feeling that they're better.
