This was a good video, but the link to the written recipe doesn't work. It would be really nice to have a written recipe. Is there maybe a different link to a written recipe? Other than that, it was a good video.
Take cheese cakes out when internal temperature reaches 100 degrees. Perfectly cooked; no cracking of top after it cools.
