Margit and Morgott are canonically the same person his first encounter is just him testing you and Margits shackle item you can buy from Patches also works on Morgott and if you skip Margit and kill Morgott first at the capital when you return to the where the Margit fight would have been he no long shows up to test you.

@@syfe_cdsm837 Very little is needed for the main story, just about none of what Afro has done has been strictly necessary, but still I highly recommend at least fighting all the shardbearers in one's first playthrough

This was a fantastic episode. So happy to see you getting into the groove with this game and learning from your earlier experiences. Lyndell is one of my favourite areas because of how it pushes all the information you learn from earlier in the game - from enemy patterns, etc. - into a whole new light to push your experience even further. Great video, I really enjoyed it!

There's a sewer area that holds a huge secret. It opens up another possible secret ending too. Also, you can meet Moe at Moe's bar. If you do go, beware of the most dangerous enemy of all soulsborne...

@@babyyyz7948 from avenue balcony grace, go DOWN the stairs where a greatbow knight is about to snipe you in the face. Turn left past those gates and go off that bridge. Hug the wall to your right until you see a well with three black dumpling crawling screaming guys and there it is. This is also where you go for the LOATHSOME DUNG EATER quest.

Morgott and margit are the same. Margit is the name of his omen projection clone. Major hint is that you can use margits shackle on morgott but you can’t use it on mohg, who is morgotts twin brother.
Similarly, you can use mohgs shackle on his omen clone under the capital in the sewers
He ain’t really a projection he’s more of a scout in a way but he is a clone

@@andrewyilk4998 it’s a mix of both because you can actually fight morgott outside of the capital, in the outskirts. If you kill the clone, it reverts back to a random pathetic pleb mob. Meaning morgott and the other omens has the ability to take over the bodies of the populace and project their energy and will on them. Hence the margit fight in stormveil and in the outskirts.
Also it’s also being speculated that the mohg omen in the sewer is ALSO PROJECTED BY MORGOTT since morgott is actively blocking the way to the three fingers if you get try to get there before you kill morgott. He was aware of the three fingers. The one thing that puts a dent in the theory is mohgs shackle tho
@@mrfister1234 yeh I’ve seen a video about the Lore of the Omen twins and ngl it’s sad, they gave everything for the Erdtree only to be treated as outcasts. Literally Margit is there as a guardian to prevent anyone from entering Stormveil and progressing further.

Using two twin blades do a lot of damage, especially once you fully upgrade them. The gargoyle twin blade is the strongest one in the game and does a tone of damage I really recommend.
gargoyle has more strenght scaling, afro has dex

just beat ng+ with a dual twinblade build, the jump attack is filthy, the first one is basically a guaranteed bleed proc. mine are blood infused godskin peelers.

Some bosses are really just harder for different people. Like Radhan and melenia took me maybe 30 minutes each but maliketh and radagon/elden beast took me hours and hours. It’s cool how different bosses can be for everyone and makes watching multiple playthroughs by different people interesting and fun
He's one of the bigger main bosses,
so prolly if you easily beat him without having to look or learn about his mechanics and moves
means you probably were OVERleveled
@@seederentertainment3340 magma wyrm makar, Rennala and Radahn was easy to me. Godrick took a bit, cheese mohg with his shackle and working on beating rykard after finishing volcano manor quest line
Ngl fam I think the game play just differs for people depending on builds or even the game itself.
I got whooped a handful of times fighting Spirit Godfrey but beat Morgott first try and I wasn't much stronger if at all in the in-between.
(I was 88-89 fighting Morgott but probably 85-86 fighting Godfrey)

Hey Afro, there’s a pretty cool weapon right where you fought the second spear guy. If you hop over the railing before the second stairs you can make it over to the giant gold lance. Climb it for a new armament.

@@Kintaku mh idk. No outstanding Design, the hammer is kinda not doing it for me either tbh. I feel like his aoe is the only theathening thing, and the fact he literally never stops attacking. Other bosses just ...were cooler to face i guess. My fav was maleniay then malekith and godfrey
@@mihal1570 I guess that’s fair. Morgott isn’t really flashy at all. I enjoy the fact that he has the same weakness as in the Margit fight.
When you sprint toward his left side he will always react. I enjoyed the push and pull of the fight.
I haven’t fought Malenia yet though. I felt like I wasn’t doing enough damage to the wolves in Snowfield so I decided to kill Elden Beast first.
Now that fight was kinda boring. Which is a shame because like Radagon’s part.
@@Kintaku yup radagon def is the good part of that fight. Malenia is by far the best in my opinion, id def recommend using Bloodhound step for her Waterfowl Combo tho, that thing is rouuugh to dodge

Just beat this game last night and it’s always fun to watch you play because it’s cool to see how different the routes can be in this game like for example I didn’t even touch the Fia side quest
Radahn was great but this might be the most epic episode to date. The edits: on point. The music choices: immaculate. And the atmosphere over the whole episode was masterfully maintained. This was a joy to watch and experience. Keep em coming Afro 👍🏾

this was a super fun boss to me, i loved fighting him. I'm a mage build, but i chose to fight him melee style just because i felt like a ninja fighting him. it was awesome

You can actually see your health regenerate when you are close to the tree. Really convenient if you knew about it... I didn't even know about it when I fought him as well.

Hey Afro just a heads up, but your rotten breath aka DRAGONIS inflicts scarlet rot to enemies and even some bosses, it works like poison as it causes the target to take dmg based on their max HP over time so it's pretty strong, but usually you need to hit them with the full cast which you do by holding L1 also it's best to do this from a medium to long range as the animation has a lot of windup and can be interrupted, but has decent range and spread. Hope this helps ya a little, have fun with the rest of the bosses xD
Bro you’d be surprised how far away you can use the dragon powers from, if you hit ‘em with the full Scarlett rot charge it will damage them for the entire fight

Hey Afro, a tip for getting better: I suggest upgrading the amount your flasks replenish by, since you're getting more max HP. You can mainly find Sacred Tears at churches.

When I fought morgott I beat him first try with my +9 starscrouge I never saw almost any attacks since I mega staggered him repeatedly and did upwards of a 1000 damage with my sp attack and had the sp item for him but almost died

Crazy how Afro went through 2 of the hardest bosses in the game in 1 video without being wildly over leveled or anything. It really shows his improvement
He figured out how to work bleed builds and leveled up his equipment is all. Skill-wise he was always pretty good just didn't have a proper build.
I mean he is using the biggest cheese in the game right now that will probably get nerfed. He even tried to summon after telling us he wouldn’t and still died. The knights immune to bleed flat out showed how much bleed can carry people. Now imagine if it wasn’t a bleed build……

@@ModernScop3z most op magic requires prep and isn’t super braindead then there’s the fact that bosses are so fast they can rush you before you can get certain things off. Some bosses straight up throw your magic back in your face like tree sentinel. It’s still strong but as a absolute complete package nothing is touching bleed right now with how braindead it is this video alone shows how much it can carry a ignorant player

I would be careful with relaying to much in bleeding cause some enemies are immune to it and also if you want rely in bleeding with god peeler and seppuku you can get blood loss every two hits

Rewatching this series for like the 2nd time now and just realized he commented on how much more he's improved when fighting specific "boss" enemies he's encountered before. Just wish more people looked at it that way instead of complaining about them being filler enemies when lore and area wise, almost if not everything is purposefully placed and makes sense when you look at it through that scope.
Ngl I didn't want any spoilers so I was waiting until I got past this point to watch the video but after a long night shift I felt some sorta way and wanted to see a man suffer thank you afro for the content much love and good luck, I hope you do subsequent play throughs in your own time to experience more endings and more of the game
