Easy Ground Beef Sauce:

3 Tbs olive oil
6 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
2 onions, peeled and chopped
2 lbs ground beef
2 jars marinara sauce
Sautee the onion and garlic until translucent. Add ground beef and brown, breaking it up with a spatula. Add marinara sauce, stir and let simmer until you're ready to serve.

The saddest thing is that these doctors have committed SA for a long time before they are caught. There are ‘backroom’ deals to keep them ‘working’ because THEY are more important than PATIENTS. Sad even is the abuse heaped on male patients by female providers that are brushed off. We are told that we just can’t understand the ‘necessity’ of this ‘practice’. The FOUR hours they took to remove your appendix for a routine surgery only takes about TWENTY minutes while you are under. That means that they kept you under for AT LEAST THREE HOURS that you didn't need.

Could your not wanting to swim be a result of having the extra amount of anesthetic drugs in your system with nothing to counter-act the effects of those drugs. in the mean time, your system is having to deal with the surgery drugs its-self. Some people take a couple-three years to get over the effects of surgery drugs. I did.
