This helped. There is actually no need to disconnect the radio either. With the glove box lid open, it can rest on it. Had to change the center CC bulb. Its a standard clear T5. Cute touch, the bulb has a red sock that goes over it to create the orange glow. The AC unit is held in place with 2 hidden clips on the sides, took a few minutes to wiggle it out.
On 02:40 you state only disconnect de cable’s if neccesary. I want to wrap every part there so will there be any consequences when disconnecting them ? And what about the 6:50 the climate Control. Will disconnecting the cables do any harm ? And when i connect everything back will everything do as it should ? I hope you can help me with a answer Greetings

Hey, my climate control doesn't seem to be working. Does replacing the unit fix this problem, don't really want to spend $250 on a new unit that doesn't fix the problem. Thanks.
Have just returned from an auto air con shop where the proprietor ran some quick tests and established that the temp control unit requires replacing. He charged me $20. I'll source a replacement unit from a wreckers yard and after watching this tutorial I'm confident of reinstalling it myself. Happy days!!
Excellent video! Btw, does it matter where the replacement AC panel comes from: I have an automatic gasoline 1.6 and there are parts from diesel manual. Parts look a like.
I really like that you are not just removing the parts but exactly showcasing every single clip.
Thank you for your feedback!
incredibly well made video, thank you! i also really like that you are showing all of the clips after removing each part, that is awesome.
Thank you too for the feedback!

Looks easy enough. Now I’ll put a new unit in,temperature control doesn’t work so hopefully a new unit will work
Same here. And with this clip I think I'm sure enough I will manage well
I have a 2007 Mazda 3. Can I replace the manual AC panel with one like that?
No, you can’t. It is more complicated, you have to replace a lot of components from your car to make it work.
Do you know what type of bulbs are used for the buttons on this panel? I want to buy them before I disassembly it. Thanks
No, sorry!
T5 bulb
Cheers mate, helped me change the bloody climate control unit after it shit it's self. 🍺

My aircon knob is not working both fan and temp, what will i replace? The knob only or the whole climate control panel? Where to buy?
You have to replace the whole unit. You can look for it on ebay.
Where can i buy a replacment controller. Mine currently doesn't change the temperature anymore.
about49snails You can find on amazon.com.
@@Servicetutorials i really appreciate the response, but im cant seem to find it on amazon.
about49snails If you are from USA, you can try on craigslist
How to remove and replaced the aircon knob?
Can I put one if these automatic climate controllers in my car that has a manual controller? Or does it not work like that
Hi! Doesn't work like that. The AC system is designed for manual controller.
Un tutorial despre utilizarea climei la o mazda 3 ..2007..gen cum reglam temperatura ...
Temperatura se regleaza din butoanele de clima.
