Could you please do this with downregulating rythyms such as the yoga three part breath, 6 seconds in 6 seconds out, 4 seconds in 8 seconds out and ones without the pause in between? LOVE YOUR WORK
There is a person on UA-cam,WHM instructor- Martin Tham and he has video with mind blowing breathing shamanic drumming music . could you make a video with similar music and faster breathing. would be a great video. thank you for all the time you spent to make those awesome videos.
If you stare at the ball for at least three minutes you will also better your focus and over all levels of concentration!
Through my own experimenting, during the Wim Hof breathing technique, on the last breath right before the hold I do breath of fire for 10 seconds take big breath then hold it seems to amplify everything intensely. Try it out
