prebiotic is a water soluble non digestible fiber by humans that feeds our gut microbiome....so prebiotic doesnt equal fiber...there are differences, dont oversimplify
HI DOC ! by eccema you mean all kind of it ? i have dishidrotic in my finger hands and some times my feet i’ve been trying everything to remove it but i dont know whats causing it …. maybe eggs :( how can i contact you? im from mexico
@Lokelani Esperanza be prepared to get loose/ running stools in the first 2 weeks. You need fats not just meat protein. Yes Straightaway but easier said than done. You must be mentally prepared to forego carbs. For me,once I had enough animal fats in my diet, my craving for Carbs goes away.
I've been keto since 2018. I had an eczema spot on my torso about a year later, it runs in my family and I didn't think much of it initially. It's spread to my back, upper thighs and bicep areas. I've been battling it for years now and am here trying to figure out if it's something in my diet. The prescription steriod creams, cutting dye from my detergents and soaps, nothing has made it stop so far.

Interesting you say low carb, and lots of protein..Alot of people say vegan for eczema. I’m confused.
Green veg, Beans, tofu, etc has protein too. Actually there is a lot of protein in plants haha
You use high protein plant based food and low carb as in no refined carbs. Stick to whole plant foods.
Almonds

A gallon of water a day 😳
How about Dates? thanks.
dates aren't healthy. it's natural food but contains a lot of sugar and sugar is a really common trigger for eczema.
sugar triggers excema but that's refined sugars natural sugars in fruits they're very good for you.
