FOI A: Human Behavior and Effective Communication

In preparation for my MEI check ride I created this video demonstrating how I might explain task A: Human Behavior and Effective Communication, in a check ride.
As I am no expert on the FOIs, this video is not intended for training purposes. I created the video in order to practice the presentation for my checkride and to give other MEI students an example to critique and comment on.
