    Your video reminded of my classes in my Hotel Management Degree. I loved all this cuts and did a lot of practice to gain perfection in all this cuts.

    I enjoyed learning the terms of cuts to use in my kitchen. Great video. You said you use a blender to make garlic paste. I enjoy using the flat side of my knife to press down flat on the mince and pull back to smear and mush into paste when paste is needed. Then I don't have to clean the blender. Thanks for posting this.

    Chef, I enjoyed this video very much so. Thank you for taking the time to post. One comment I wish to add is that I had hoped for you to keep the text explaining the Name of the cut throughout the video. You stopped somewhere around brunoise!
    That would help a visual learner such as myself continue to remember the cut types.

    VahChef ! I make amazing Double Chilli Chicken curry due to you ! the recipe is super fast and it is great for high protein diets, I just keep some chicken on the fridge and turn them into Double Chilli Chicken dry with minimal oil before my workouts ! Thanks alot for teaching me this great dish.

    your explanation of cutting vegetables is fabulous. I learnt a lot from U in a single stretch for which I thank a lot and hope to see u in posting this type of lessons in cooking methods, dos and donts etc in future videos. You can conduct training classes online for different kinds of methods and gadgets to use including knives. I am a fan to U.Thanks once again.
