So weird because from the outside of the house, it doesn’t look like the inside would be nearly 6K square feet lol

Happy Sunday and GM. Like the elevation but prefer a lighter stone. Curious to see inside. Huge home. In the aerial ; All these homes just look to close to one another. Like 6/5. Wide entry. 1st bed/bath. Oooo. Elevator. 🙌🏼. It’s big. So you rode up and back down. Nice open concept. Office. Work while have a view of the grandchildren in the pool. Definitely need pool baths in the rear of homes. As I get older, so appreciate double wall ovens. Big laundry 🧺 and drop zone. 1st floor primary 🙌🏼 with access to the pool. Double entry barnyard entry to the en-suite with mid super shower separating his/her sinks. Love it. Big closet. No linen closet but see the niche with the white armoire and the rear black one. Beautiful paved lanai. Kitchen. Pool. Jacuzzi. Wide staircase indeed. 1st bedroom with big en-suite. Massive loft with bar/almost a kitchen. A 5000sq ft home should have an en-suite for each bedroom. No sharing. Gym and sauna? Huge balcony. A bathroom off the loft with another stackable laundry area. Odd it’s in the bathroom but appreciated. Joe. The home has a dated feel I think re: the furniture. Floors upstairs , but tile downstairs. Staged office has tile. Primary and 1st floor bedroom is carpeted. Upstairs bedrooms floored OR carpeted. All little things that can be fixed for continuity but not a dealbreaker. Beautiful home once one makes it his own. The highlights for me; definitely the backyard, the primary en-suite and 1st and 2nd laundry rooms. Thanks for sharing. Grand week to you. 🤗

I know that it looks dated, its because of the furniture and the owners chose a lot of standard items instead of upgrading. The furniture is also older, which makes it feel older. I don't care much for the exterior design and the staging of furniture looks old, but I like the interior layout of the house.
