Good morning Joe. Beautiful master bedroom and bathroom. Designers should have taken elements from the bathroom into their master closet although the master closet is huge and has great shelving, it does not flow with the colors of the master bath and suite. The rest of the home while being luxurious is a maze of rooms. Seems you're going through a puzzle I am not a fan of bathrooms or bedrooms being at the entrance of a home. A beautiful showing done by you as always.

I must have watched hundreds of Orlando property tours over the years and this layout is --THE ONE --. I fell in love with this property when you did a tour of it back in 2020 (I think it was about then) and it has been the benchmark ever since. It's price was just into 7 figures with the upgrades back then, and given the way the market has been, must be 2m+ now. I can definitely live without the lift and some of the other bits, but that layout, that view. This is still absolutely the one.

Hey Joe. Good morning and happy Sunday. A 28 minute video. This must be some house. Will try to minimize my comment 🫤😂. Ok watching now. Omg. Love the front elevation/paved driveway/roof and color of the garage doors 🚪. Don’t like the water in the rear. 🐊 phobia. Would definitely fence. Spacious 1st bath and guest bedroom. Oh my. Elevator and wine 🍷 room. Crazy cabinetry in and leading up to the kitchen. Oh. Didn’t know you could get gas stoves in an electric community. Large pantry. Large open concept. Even the laundry 🧺 amazing with sink/cabinetry/counter and space as well as the drop zone 🙌🏼. All builders should have a rear pool bath. Don’t like folks walking wet to the mid or front of the home to a bathroom. Office. Door right to the covered lanai. 4 sliders. Large lanai with outdoor kitchen/dining/lounging/pool and spa. Oooh. A sunken bar. Love it🙌🏼🍸🥃🍷🍹. Primary on the 1st floor. Excellent. The en-suite Joe 😮. Vanity/sinks on each side of the shower? Amazing closet. Fireplace by the tub and 2 entrances on either side of the tub. Don’t care for the wood in the foyer up and down. 1st upstairs bedroom with balcony and en-suite. The room to pick straws for😂. Look at the loft. Wow. The bar 🙌🏼. The bench seating. It’s like a lounge. Love the gym but never get why the 2nd floor. A sauna leading to a stunning bathroom. Oh. Swings around to the bar. And such a coveted balcony. This is like a country club with outdoor/indoor lounging and drinks and tapas. Another spacious bath 🛀, bedroom with an amazing closet - balcony access - another bedroom and great closet. All the bar needs is a stove which probably couldn’t be done. I probably missed the fridge. Get a convection oven and microwave for the finger foods to go with the drinks.

Honestly my favorite part of this home is the primary bath, elevator and second floor balcony overlooking the water. Beautiful home. Small criticism is that there is too much furniture. Why is every inch of floor occupied with furniture? Upstairs had great features but felt like a maze. Powder room near the large upstairs entertainment area and sauna would have sufficed considering there are two full bathrooms upstairs already.

Good Morning Shebacstro, Thanks so much for watching!! I have to say this home is less open concept than most, but it does look outdated with the furniture being cluttered in the main area. I've been in older plans that everything is separated and i'd def choose open concept over traditional.
