GM Joe. Happy Sunday. Woe. Huge lot. Agreed. The 2-tone elevation is nice. Wonder why the walkway not centered. Would have to walk all the way around to the side. You walked across the landscaping 😂. Stunning entry and to the rear. Guess the office/den could be a bedroom re:the closet but it’s small. Big living room. Big nook/dining. Lovely kitchen. The rear pool bathroom is perfect. No wet bodies sliding through the house. Surprised 2 bedrooms back here. Wait 3 bedrooms? Ok Jack n Jill. Joe I’m so lost 😂. Now the laundry 🧺 room. Wow. All that was behind the kitchen. Only thing the 1st bedroom occupants would be using the pool bath. That I don’t like. Ohh. Those sliders open like that? Do ppl really do that though? Especially if the A/C on. All I think of is 🦎 getting in easy 🫤 love the private entry of the huge primary. Wow. Beautiful. Don’t even need the tub. Super shower. Wow. Great closets. The linen closet as well as another you showed in the hall looks shallow. Don’t even need upstairs but wow. Big loft. 2 more bedrooms and baths? The linen closet upstairs looks deep. Good Morning Cydney!!! I got lots the first time too!! I think this is one of my favorites homes for this builder. I really love the large one story and it's layout. I love the bathroom with the free standing tub.
