- In today’s video, we toured 2 homes for sale in Winter Garden, Florida. Which is popular for its charming historic downtown, vibrant farmers market, and the scenic West Orange Trail. It's known for the restored Garden Theatre, proximity to Lake Apopka, and frequent local events. Its location near Orlando makes it an attractive spot for both residents and visitors.

I guess I’m jaded. While both new homes are very nice, it’s really just “builder spec” materials, and for the prices, kinda underwhelming. Really enjoyed the video. Thank you, To “Team Kaleb”. 🤘🏻
It’s a cookie cutter house built with the cheapest materials. The stucco on the exterior will start rotting away within 18 months and they want almost $1 million for it. 🙈

Not impressed...my husband is a builder and he "laughs" at the quality/materials...this would NOT pass muster here in the northeast! Nice community though.

For that price the home should have a massive pool with water features . $600K is a more realistic price for this home
Housing market is tremendously inflated.

For that price the master bedroom closets would have ruled me out. I have a had a 2B 2B apartment that had same size closets. The bedrooms seem to be very small and the master bedroom bath is uninspiring. The patio is amazing., the kitchen and living room too, 3 car garage, bedrooms on the first floor are amazing as well

Hey Kaleb. Happy Monday. Oh Wintergarden 🤗. New neighborhood re:lack of trees in that aerial. 2021? Wow. Nice elevation. Like that you can’t see what the room to the right is on entry til you walk further in. Oh a good size bedroom with en-suite and 1/2 bath for guests. Oh laundry up front. Big open concept. The floors look great. Ok size pantry. Big dining/nook. Oh a 3rd garage. Floor needs to be epoxied. Apologies if spelt wrong. Big covered enclosed lanai. The land slopes up. Small space. Would have to shorten the lanai and level that ground. 1st floor carpeted primary. En-suite is great. Oh 2 closets. No linen closet? Bathroom just needs a splash of color. Carpet is fine. Actually easier to vacuum than constantly sweeping and mopping. Upstairs now. Hall bath. Bedroom and en-suite 🙌🏼. 2 more bedrooms and a flex space. Nice home but questionable room for a pool. 2nd home appreciate the spaced out homes. Again minimal trees. Nice corner lot. Guess an animal dug up that mulch. 2 front bedrooms and bath with a linen closet 🙌🏼. Massive open concept. Good size nook. Spacious kitchen. Pantry ok. Prefer a farmers sink. Ok size laundry 🧺 room. 3rd bedroom and hall bathroom. Like that this bath is by the door to the covered lanai. Ok space for a pool. Primary a smidge small. Closet ok. Cozy en-suite. Lovely 1-story. Thanks for a mini neighborhood tour with things to do. Heyyyyyy Mabel. You guys are adorable at the bakery but need A/C 😂. Love farmers markets. Thanks guys. Have a great week 🤗

More like $300,000 overpriced
The Florida Market and others went up in 2022, prices are coming down a bit.
In New Jersey and it is 100 degrees + every day!

Kaleb … we love your videos .. thank you … BUT you drive us crazy when you pick on pantry’s and squeaky doors …please show us your pantry …. Also my doors squeak because i want to hear when the doors are open … i can always spray wd40 later if I’m selling the house

As soon as HOAs is mentioned im out…. If i want a Pool i will have one built or join a health club for $50 a month, Community pools are unhygienic and you shouldn’t have to pay to use a playground.
All good areas and locations nowadays have HOA fees. There is always good options with no HOA in older areas or more in the country side. Thanks for watching. Have a blessed week. More coming next week.
