- Jerusalem has amazing nightlife? 🇮🇱 (didn't expect this!) - Jerusalem is not the most stereotypically 'party place.' Jerusalem is the holiest city in the world for more than half a billion people. People who find spirituality there come from across faiths to visit and pray. Jerusalem is expected to be religious and historical, which it is, but there is actually a lot of nightlife here. I have personally experienced Jerusalem's nightlife and I did not expect it! So if you've ever been to Israel, or are planning a visit soon-- definitely check out this video.

Ben Yehuda has been "the spot" for DECADES! Because of the Yeshiva and Seminary students from abroad (lots of Americans, etc. Lots of English). It's a young crowd, and was known, back in the day, as "sitting on the square ". It fell out of fashion for a while bc of the second intifada, but now it is hip again! Jerusalem is super cool!
I loved seeing a person pray in the street being totally open and free. Beautiful....
The food is da bestfff
Love your Israeli content Tal.. Keep it up
Appreciate you!
Nice video.
May I suggest going to the Israel museum, showing the Jerusalem model, the scrolls and this great museum in general.
Appreciate the recommendations!
Moshav in English is just settlement. I'm not Israeli nor Jewish but one of my interests is history/geography and I just describe a moshav as a cooperative agricultural community pioneered by socialists in the 1900s.
Great explaination!
Em
Not pioneered by socialist s. That s a kibbutz.
Hi Clatt , watching you from Florida and thanks for sharing your blogs about many things to see and how life is in Israel and Jerusalem… You are taking us to your place through your blogs and that is awesome.
Thanks for watching Norma!
IM really liking this bi-weekly uploads! Simple, random, imperfect, commentary with a natural flow.. keep UP the good work..
Appreciate this feedback alot! I will definitely keep it going!
@@TheTravelingClatt hey you’ve got your groove back for whatever reason for these past few vlogs, I was thoroughly fixed watching, not realizing 30 minuites had pass. If you dont mind, could you revisit some topics you’ve already covered in the past, there in Israel.

I like his positivity rare to find positive guys
And I was waiting to see you guys cooking, I was expecting Tal to show his mom’s Dag Morrocai recipe, anyway it was a nice video.
I really enjoyed this video because I could not imagine what nice and relaxed things are there to do existed in Jerusalem. I am religious, but I do not believe in being sombre and house-bound.
I m a Jerusalemite and we have a lot of alternative nightlife/ culture.
It s changed a lot in the last 5 years.
This is super amazing. Waiting to see your India vlog.
15:14 favorite vegetable guy in the shuk. I actually find him a bit less expensive and ישר than some of the other vendors.
More Israel videos please !!!
Beautiful Palestine ❤
Hi Tal … Is Yehuda Market and Jaffa Market one and the same ? How about a Jaffa Center???
I went to one of these and I loved it!!! Another great video Tal!!! Thanks and Shalom!!! Don’t stop!!!
Nope! One is in Jerusalem and the other in Tel aviv!
Ooops!
beautiful city!!!
For a fun time, show up along the light rail line in West Jerusalem near the Old City on Purim. 🎉
The market is the best place to buy food it's fresh and a lot cheaper than a supermarket.
Ah! The Halva man.... I happen to love halva, but every time I go, he always cuts me more than I ask for. And when my kids go and bring some home, I exclaim, why did you buy so much!? (It isn't cheap) and my kids say "He said, I make you a little more, no problem!" LOL!
But most importantly, pack it in your checked baggage! Security won't let it thru. Or they also really love halva.... 😅
I’m suddenly the first viewer here or commenter
also worst rated comment. sad.
How U DOIN
PARTY TIME BRO ISRAEL MARKET YES SIR
Hey, love your videos. I think you made a mistake with your conversions when you figured the price for the salmon. 110 shekels a killo is about 30 dollars for 2.2 pounds, not 30 dollars for half a pound.
How does 110 per kilo becomes 30 dollars for half a pound when you translate it?
So Jerusalem don't turn down til what time?
Can you go to the Shapira brewery.
Yitzik is one of the brothers who owns it.
Sure I'll take a gander!
I've been enjoying your vlogs more so your Israel series. However, you pan your camera too fast making me (and others) dizzy. Is there a way to slow it down? It would be more enjoyable. Just saying. Thanks.

If you ever make it back to japan, come o Fukui. We are the dinosaur capitol of japan. There's even a Fukui raptor and an awesome museum.
I would love to! Are you Japanese?
@@TheTravelingClatt Sorry no I'm not.
☝️🏆
Moshav is a CoOp settlement, Israelis seem very confident all the land is their its amazing how clueless they are
holycity ?
Looks much better than london uk the nightlife sucks in london I’m ready to move and meet my husband and make my business
$30 for 2.2 lbs of Salmon, not 0.5 a lbs.
I am homesick for israel I need to set up a business there
now the bar street is the true promise land
I heard a rumour that the Temple Mount is actually made up of trayfe sea critters
After all, what else makes limestone?
Turns out that coral can also produce limestone - and the Talmud considers coral (an animal biologically) to be a tree (in other words, a plant and therefore kosher).
Anyhow, to our Jewish forebears it was just a rock. G-d made the rock, presumably by magic. Therefore, there was no reason to question the composition or origins of the rock. *Giggles*
I just find it funny that the Temple in Jerusalem, the holiest place in all the land, might have been resting on the remains of ancient sea creatures lol
that's cool! Tho I don't think people should be touching that
Touching what?!?
@@TheTravelingClatt the marks. If it’s an important archaeological site then it should be cordoned off
